Absorption Chiller Function and Application

• Absorption Chiller Mainly for small and medium sized central air-conditioning systems and other hot and cold water where needed to provide heat and cool source, widely used in small villas, small shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, residential buildings, as well as petrochemicals, steel, oil and other industrial and mining.

• Using new high efficiency heat exchange tube and heat exchanger to realize high efficiency and miniaturized design
• Converting control of absorbent pump, raise partial load characteristics for high efficiency and energy saving operating
• According to the chilled water outlet temperature, the combustion is intelligently controlled to save energy
• Fast start-up, short shut-down, energy saving

2. Improve Construction Efficiency:

• Heating/cooling insulation of the chiller has done in factory, cooling tower, chilled/hot water pump, cooling water pump and other accessories equipment’s factory installed, only external piping connection need to be done at site. Machinery room is not required

3. Safe and Reliable:

• Multiple crystallization prevention safety control, which make solution circulation far from crystallization zone and chiller work safely
• High temperature regenerator temperature safety control, ensure safe operation of chiller
• Installed with concentrated solution safe control system and cooling water automatic safe control system aim to 19~34 ℃
• New bow wave spray Ag-Pd automatic purge device and five vacuum keeping design to keep vacuum degree
• Self-diagnosis expert function installed

4. Applicability in Freezing Area:

• Heating capacity may increase to meet the requirement of freezing area
• Chiller installed built-in water system pipe freezing protection circuit for winter shutdown, chilled/hot water freezing protection device outputs freezing avoiding signal to run chilled/hot water pump solely or heating operation.
