- High pressure steam generators as Single Flame-Tube Boilers with a
performance of up to 17.5t/h with light fuel oil and 22.8t/h with natural gas.
Based on a furnace heat input of 14.0MW with light fuel oil and 18.2 MW with
natural gas, (in accordance with the 97/23/EU pressure equipment directive
and EN 12953) steam ratings of up to 20.5 t/h respectively 26.6 t/h, steam
can be achieved, although this requires increased effort and expenditure for
monitoring. - The -Three Pass Boiler HDO is equipped with a rear reversing
chamber which is 100% water-cooled on all sides and flue gas-proof.
Steam generators as Double Flame Tube Boilers,
performance range up to 35.0 t/h with light fuel oil and 45.6 t/h
with natural gas. - The GETABEC HDO-D series of Three Pass Boilers
supplements the single flame-tube boilers in the higher performance
range. The special directives according to PED 97/23/EN for higher capacities
apply as well. The double flame-tube construction permits a particularly economic
generation of steam with an increased steam rating. It also takes up relatively
little floor space. The special feature of the HDO-D design is the complete
flue gas tight separation of the two combustion parts. The flue gas
of the 2 burners flow separated from each other from the furnace through
the smoke tube passes into the outlet chamber. Separation walls in both
reversing chambers and the outlet chamber avoid any interference of the
two flue gas streams. - This is a basic requirement for trouble free and low-pollution combustion and it
also permits single flame operation.
